LOL – I get no end of grief about this photo. True story – I was fiddling about one night with my webcam and on a whim I decided to use this as my avatar. Bad decision eh?

Hi, Peter. Thought you’d be interested in my work on government reform and innovation through a combination of automated RSS, KML etc. data feeds and data visualization and Web 2.0 community tools such as Many Eyes and Swivel.
